Description

Iowa County ADRC and Upland Hills Health Hospital and Clinics will be sponsoring this free event. 

It will be held at the Health & Human Services Building. 

Upland Hills Health will be presenting on Advance Directives.  Following the presentation, volunteers will be available to witness your Healthcare Power of Attorney document.
