English Country Dance & Music Weekend

Description

Folklore Village welcomes dancers and musicians for a weekend devoted to English Country Dance and music. The festival features Bare Necessities & Friends with Jacqueline Schwab, Earl Gaddis, Daniel Beerbohm, and Cecile Leroy, with dance calling by Joanna Reiner Wilkinson. The weekend begins Friday evening with a community dance. Saturday includes workshops, shared meals, and an evening concert and dance. The festival concludes Sunday with morning workshops and lunch. Participants of many experience levels gather to enjoy beautiful dances, traditional music, and the welcoming community atmosphere of Folklore Village festivals.
