Gemstone Graffiti: Celebrating Street Art Through Time

Celebrate and preserve street art history with local artist Steve Miller. In this workshop you’ll reveal colorful whorled patterns hidden under the surface of reclaimed paint from skate park mural walls—a unique, sustainable material. After learning how to craft carved graffiti “gemstones,” you’ll assemble a wristwatch with a carved graffiti face. 

Materials Fee Includes a wooden wristwatch “blank” & raw graffiti material.
