Weekend Workshop: Broadacre City - Wright's Vision for the American City

August 14-16, 2026 Friday 12:30pm - Sunday 3pm Spend a weekend at Taliesin - Frank Lloyd Wright's 800-acre estate in Spring Green! Advocating decentralization, local governance, small-scale industry, farming, and widespread property ownership, Broadacre City challenged conventional ideas of urban life. Join Dr. Jennifer Gray to explore how Taliesin served as a laboratory for Broadacre City—both its successes and shortcomings—and how we might apply these ideas today. The workshop check-in will begin Friday afternoon at 12:30 pm.
